I am the first friendly voice you will hear when you call our office.  I graduated from USF with a B.S., magna cum laude,  in Business Administration.  I have over twenty nine years of HR experience and have acquired strong communication skills and customer service.  I am a former employee of Sears, Tropicana Products, Inc./PepsiCo, Inc. and Gerdau.  I am delighted to be a team player with Gaston's Culinary Services, Inc.

I am a graduate of the Culinary Business Academy and a certified personal chef through the USPCA. At an early age, my inspiration hales from my grandmothers Gertrude and Hattie, who owned an upscale eatery in South Carolina named Coastal Southern and Low Country Style cuisine. My cooking techniques also include fusion of  French, African American, English culture and others. As a team member of Gaston's Culinary Services, Inc., we will provide you with palate-pleasing cuisine from worldwide with service to match.

With over 25 years as an accomplished chef, my team and I will impress you and your guests. My culinary training includes the U.S. Coast Guard, Port Huron State College, and continuing education with the Culinary Institute of America. I have held different culinary and chef positions for companies such as Universal Studios Orlando, Eurest and Marriott International. My business endeavors included prior ownership of a fine dining and casual restaurant,  a gourmet hors d'oeuvres company, and a culinary consulting firm.  I am also a former instructor of Culinary Arts at Manatee Technical College, a State of Florida Food Safety Manager Instructor & Test Administrator, and certified HACCP. Culinary media includes ABC, Christian Television Network, The List, The Good Life Tampa Bay, Restaurant Magazine, Sam’s Club Food Service Magazine, the Chicago Times, and reality TV show The Keynote mansion chef.
